Dear Valued Customer,<\/p>\n

This is for your kind information that starting 1st June 2017<\/strong> we\u2019re shifting the operations of SmsHorizon and all of its messaging solutions to its upgraded form.<\/p>\n

While we’re shifting the operations, we’ve added new rules and regulations to ensure peace of mind for both the customers and our employees. Here are the important changes that you might face,<\/p>\n

How it impacts you?<\/h2>\n

  1. With the formation of corporate body, you can now trust us even more.<\/li>\n
  2. New features on demand will be rolled out for both users\/re-sellers shortly.<\/li>\n
  3. Services will no longer be delivered in \u201ccredit\u201d<\/li>\n
  4. Going forward, all future invoices will be issued under our new firm name\u00a0with PAN\/CIN\/Service Tax No<\/strong>. Kindly add the new firm to your Vendor database, if applicable. Feel free to contact our support, if any forms are to be signed.<\/li>\n
  5. Base Price (excluding service tax) has been reduced<\/strong> across all our services, except for deep discounted users<\/strong>. Contact support to re-confirm your new rates if you\u2019re availing discounted pricing than displayed on our website<\/a>. Our new pricing is now live on all pages.<\/li>\n
  6. Service Tax of 15%<\/strong> will be applicable on all services.<\/li>\n
  7. Information on GST Migration<\/strong> & the new tax slab will be informed by June 2017 End.<\/li>\n
  8. TDS of 2% shall be deducted on Base Price<\/strong> of the invoice only.<\/li>\n
  9. All future NEFT\/IMPS\/RTGS\/Cheque payments has to be made only to \u201cHorizon Web Services Pvt Ltd\u201d. Kindly add the new beneficiary accordingly. Find our new bank a\/c details below.<\/li>\n
  10. We’ve updated the Payment Gateway and you may continue to pay using credit\/debit cards as usual. Refer this link<\/a> for available payment options anytime.<\/li>\n
  11. Pending payments for past invoices<\/strong> to old business name are accepted until 10th June 2017<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
